Musings

Yippee! Only five more days to go (for the weekend!!)

Monday morning, but it's not as bad as usual.

Reached office an hour early. Don't look at me that way - I got an earlier train!!

A little baby entertained herself in the train by hooking her leetle hand to my finger. Such trust these kids have. Try doing that now, at this age and you'll be inviting a WHOLE LOT OF TROUBLE!! :) Isn't it strange how trust diminishes as we grow older. Even kids as little as two and three learn not to look at strangers, let alone talk to them. Any wonder that most of us grow up to be such dysfunctional adults? (Ok, Ok, I speak for myself!)

The moment one accosts a stranger or is accosted by him is above all in this life the moment of drama... Whoever we meet watches us intently at the quick, strange moment of meeting, to see whether we are disposed to be friendly.

MID-DAY MUSINGS

Met a girl called.......(you won't believe it) 'EUREKA'.

What were her parents thinking?! Did someone say, "It's a girl, Eureka!" and the name stuck?

"I sometimes think I was born to live up to my name. How could I be anything else but what I am having been named Madonna? I would either have ended up a nun or this."
