Hatching a plot
The NaNoWriMo event has got my grey cells working overtime. The plot, the plot!! How does one come up with a credible plot enough to write 50,000 words, in 30 days?! For next year, I can start working on an outline now, but since I just got to know of the event for this year, I'm going to have to improvise. And improvise quickly.
Yesterday, my plot fell into place somewhere between Bombay Central and Bandra - 3 pages of furious writing in a fast train and my characters, outline, the beginning and the middle are in place (sort of, but it's a good start!). The ending will come in the next few days as I work on it a little more. The novel is based in, where else, apna Mumbai! And although the characters and the plot is (on hindsight) very filmi, maybe I can inject some realism from my varied experiences as a MW.
Any ideas/suggestions?! I'm quite willing to change the plot if I get a very good 'writeable' suggestion! Come on, help me with this adventure!

A very Happy Annual Birthday to my dear friends Dr.Deepak, the mad psychiatrist in Mumbai and Andrea all the way Down Under; both share the same birthday right down to the year. Thank you for being in my life! (Maybe I should send your respective mothers some flowers for taking the trouble to bring you guys up!)
