Everybody's moving. So am I.

Mumbaigirl was one of the first. Then, Shoefiend followed. I'm finally taking the plunge and abandoning this four year old MW blog for greener pastures on Wordpress.

The MW name no longer resonates for me; it hasn't for a long, long time. While Mumbai (or my beloved Bombay) will be an integral part of who I am, in many ways it no longer is. I know I want a quieter life, one with green spaces, clean roads and the opportunity to walk around the neighbourhood unmolested. I want to live in a place where I can not only chase my own dreams, but help other people to realise their own. England offered me a delicious glimpse of that life. Goa allows me to settle for an Indian version of that dream.

The new blog will continue to cover issues of concern to me, including those in my new home, Goa. I plan to add more posts on travel & culture (you'll get an unbiased 'insiders' view of this fabulous Indian state), plus an ambitious attempt to finally document my passion for interiors & decor.
