June one
Another day done. Time to go and check how WR has been behaving all day. No bad reports so far. Fortunately, the Sensex has no effect on the running of the trains - or we'd be in a major mess!
JR is having twins. A boy and a girl, Sumanth informs me. Being a bloggie has it's advantages - you get information even if the office prevents you from accessing from the same! Thank you guys!

Mr.R's little vacation ends today. Can't wait to catch up on his stories. Love is in the sharing, what do you say?! :)
Goodnight people, travel safely. Laloo's watching over you.
=======================
Just a thought :
How many of you like working where you do? Do you like your jobs? If not, what's keeping you there?
My favorite question of all time : If money was not a constraint, what would you rather be doing?
========================
REDIFF HEADLINES just now say that Julia Roberts is pregnant with twins! Of course, my IT dept being spoilsports have blocked all access to foolish subjects like films, sex etc. I can't even access my other blog that had an id of 'supergirl' : I guess anything that has 'girl' or 'woman' in the URL is effectively blocked! (And for good reason, I might add!!)
I want to know more about JR's news!

JR is one of my favorite actors of all times. I can watch her movies anytime, everytime! A lot of my favorite songs also come from her movies. Of course, it's a coincidence that Ronan Keating also sings a lot of songs for JR's movies. Two favorites at the same time! My favorite JR movie is Notting Hill, although I identify with her in Runaway bride too :) (Mr.R, if you're reading this, not to worry: I'm past that stage!)
JR's best feature is her wide grin - ear to ear, genuine and heartwarming. Few people smile like that, and make you want to smile in return!

I'm Sizzling! (Rather, this blog is!) Thanks to whoever's responsible. Cheers me up immensely to know that this babble is liked :)

Met a Mind Reader
This day's begun well. Met a Mind Reader. Left home, reached the road and saw with utter dismay a bus already leaving the stop. I was about 75 meters away from the bus stop and it was about to pass me by. I stood there, confused for a moment - should I wave at the bus driver or hail a rick instead? I must have had a look of utter dejection on my face (or something equally sad), because without asking, the bus stopped for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was startled, but quickly gathered my wits and other paraphernalia and jumped in. Thought I'd give the driver a flying kiss, but quickly decided against it. Gave him my brightest, sweetest Tuesday morning smile instead, and a very grateful Thank You. Made his day, hopefully!!
Got the usual train after a mini-jog. Walking fast in heels is not a very enjoyable experience (but I'll never learn!)

Got an email from Mr.R. He's having fun having near-death experiences whitewater rafting in freezing water. But since he's having a good time, it's okay with me! Some good memories to keep him occupied during the dreaded driving in London! :)

MRF Rain Day today, as a fellow bloggie reminds me. I still don't have rain wear; no sign of rain shoes either. My big red umbrella is hidden away in some corner at home and I still have to dig it out. But with this damned heat and *@&$&^ humidity a thundershower or a lifetime of rain is welcome!
(Watch me change my mind about this as the monsoon progresses!)
